Seasonal pitches will be available from the 1st March until 31st January of each year. Shorter periods may be considered depending on availability. The annual cost of a seasonal pitch equates into £2200 inclusive of VAT and water, including electricity.
People who stay on the pitch must have a permanent residence, which can be verified by either a utility bill and a current driving license or passport.
Seasonal pitches will only be licensed on the following conditions.
In order to gain access to your seasonal pitch you will be asked to confirm that you have received copies of the Park Rules. For further enquiries please contact our Sales Team.
Your pitch will be ready for you by 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. There is an additional charge if you wish to stay on the pitch after 12 noon (subject to availability, please check at Reception).
