Seasonal pitches will be available from the 1st March until 31st January of each year. Shorter periods may be considered depending on availability. The annual cost of a seasonal pitch equates into £2000 inclusive VAT and water, excluding electricity.

People who stay on the pitch must have a permanent residence, which can be verified by either a utility bill and a current driving license or passport.

Seasonal pitches will only be licensed on the following conditions.

  • The pitch will be available for holiday use
  • Awnings may only be erected during the holiday use period
  • Fences, ornaments, plants and gazebos are not permitted at anytime
  • If, in the opinion of the site owner, the pitch becomes unsightly, then the licence will be terminated, and the licensee will be asked to remove the caravan
  • A copy of your current certificate of insurance for your caravan must be produced to enable us to make copies for our records.

In order to gain access to your seasonal pitch you will be asked to confirm that you have received copies of the Park Rules. For further enquiries please contact our Sales Team.

Prices quoted are for a Tent, Trailer/Tent, Motorhome or Caravan, one car, 2 adults. For tents over 6m will incur an additional charge. All prices include vat.

Your pitch will be ready for you by 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. There is an additional charge if you wish to stay on the pitch after 12 noon (subject to availability, please check at Reception).
